Practice and Training Rules

Parents and adults are welcome to stay and learn about the sport of youth Rugby even if they have played before because the rules are different and designed to let kids learn with much reduced normal athletic injury.

Parents or legal guardian should remain on-site and children should not ever be left alone.

Parents may ask questions after practice or games but shall remain quiet during all sessions while the instructor or other coaches are working with the children.

Games will be played on Saturdays for fun and learning only.  Scores will not be kept and only words of encouragement are allowed on the sidelines.  Because most parents do not understand the rules of youth rugby, even the most current of former players will not fully understand the rules of the youth development side of their sport.  Instructional meetings will be offered before, during, and after the current session to help both Parents and their children learn the rules and sportsmanship of youth rugby.
